There are three main stages to our path.
Stage 1: Foundation
This is where you show your client what drives (or influences) their revenue, profit, and cash flow.
Think of their business as a machine. Your job is to break the machine down into different parts (the drivers) to see what's working and what's not.
Stage 2: Targets
This is where you, and your client, set measurable targets for this year and the next five years.
You'll help your client set targets for each of the 'parts' of their business (drivers).
Stage 3: Direction
This is where you give your client a simple way to know what's going on in their business (Scoreboard) and a way to know what to do to (Objectives & Next Steps) have a growing and more profitable business.
If the client completes the Next Steps, they'll complete the Objectives. If the Objectives are met their Scoreboard will be 'in the green'. If their Scoreboard is in the green, they will meet their targets.
This a way to keep a client for a very long time. This is a way for a client to have a growing and more profitable business.
Your clients need you to help them accomplish this.
